The master plan of Aghdam (2021) or the reconstruction of Aghdam is a plan for the reconstruction of the destroyed city of Aghdam after liberation from the 27-year occupation.
The plan was presented by the President of Azerbaijan Pespublikasm, Mr. Ilham Eliyeva, on May 28, 2021.
